two levels of service for 24/7 system monitoring.
Remote Server Monitoring
Using our own servers and a Virtual Private Network
connection between ourselves and our client’s
offices, we can continuously monitor the performance
of all the client’s servers. Typical configurations
allow us to monitor –
- Server health
- Server performance
- Exchange Server performance and health
- MS SQL Server performance and health
The system allows the generation
of reports using data collected over time to enable
developing trends to be identified and corrected
before they impact on the service delivered by
the client’s IT system.
If there are serious errors,
our engineers are automatically alerted and can
respond immediately, possibly before the users
are aware of the problem.
On-site Monitoring
For clients who wish to host
the monitoring system on their own site, ES Management
Systems will be pleased to provide a turnkey solution
which will monitor all the client’s servers
and provide alerts to either our engineers or
the client’s internal IT staff, regarding
potential problems.
